1 YEAR WARRANTY

Here at Gemsa London, we are proud of the quality of our jewellery. We also want you to feel confident about your purchase. GEMSA offers 1 year warranty on all the pieces from the date of purchase. Within this time, we offer free replacements for any manufacturing defects.

If your piece has a fault or breakage due to a manufacturing error, please get in touch and we will replace your piece, at no extra cost.

REPLATING 

We're committed to creating quality designs you can wear forever. Our pieces are electroplated as gold vermeil, the finish is above 2.5 microns of real 18k gold. Gold vermeil is superior to gold plated jewellery, the finish is at least 10 times thicker than the average flash plating, is hypoallergenic and far more durable.

We only partner with factories who share our values, our factories are members of Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). 

Get the luxurious look and feel of solid gold at a significantly lower price point. When properly cared for, gold vermeil jewellery will stand the test of time.

While our jewellery is intended to be loved for years to come, wear and tear is normal, so if your plating fades, we promise to re-plate your Gemsa jewellery for free within 1 year of purchase so you can wear your jewellery again and again.

If after 1 year your jewellery needs replating or repair, this service will always be available for a small fee.

Please note the guarantee is only valid on original purchases and will not be applied to pieces that have already been re-plated.

Please note, the warranty does not cover:

• Lost or stolen jewellery
• Normal wear and tear such as snapped chains, scratches
• Damage due to improper use or storage
• Modification or repair by a third party
• Items purchased via a third party retailer
