Returns & Exchanges
At GEMSA, every piece is crafted with care and intention. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help, thoughtfully and transparently.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
• Unworn and undamaged
• In its original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags
Items received outside this window, or not meeting these conditions, may be returned to the customer.
Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We do not currently offer free returns
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.
To request an exchange, please email contact@gemsa.co.uk with:
• Your order number
• The item you wish to exchange
If the new item is of a higher value, we’ll contact you to arrange payment. If it’s lower, the difference will be refunded once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 working days for UK refunds
• International refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Personalised or engraved pieces
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Individual items from a bundle (bundles must be returned as a set)
• Promotional or complimentary items (must be returned with the order to qualify for a refund)
Faulty Items
If you believe your piece is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at contact@gemsa.co.uk before returning your item.
Faulty items approved by our team will qualify for free return shipping.
How to Return an Item

2. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions by email
3. Please use a tracked and signed-for service
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out, we're always happy to guide you before you return anything. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted. GEMSA cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
