1. About GEMSA
GEMSA is a London-based jewellery studio offering thoughtfully crafted demi-fine jewellery. All references to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to GEMSA.
2. Products & Availability
All GEMSA pieces are produced in limited quantities. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
Images are provided for guidance only. As many of our pieces feature handcrafted finishes, subtle variations in texture or tone are part of their character.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers, including but not limited to:
• Debit & credit cards
• Digital wallets (as displayed at checkout)
Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your details carefully before completing checkout, as we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud or payment issues.
5. Shipping & Delivery
GEMSA ships primarily within the UK and to selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or events beyond our control. Full delivery details are available on our Shipping Information page.
6. Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your GEMSA piece. If you change your mind, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Please note:
• Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty
• Personalised or engraved pieces are final sale
• Items must be returned unworn, in original condition and packaging
Refunds are processed once the return has been received and approved.
7. Warranty & Repairs
GEMSA offers a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.
This warranty does not cover:
• General wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Tarnishing caused by normal use, skin chemistry, or exposure to chemicals
Where applicable, GEMSA offers a replating service as outlined on our Warranty page.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be redeemed online only and are valid for the period stated at purchase.
9. Promotions & Offers
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless stated otherwise.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, imagery, designs, and branding is the intellectual property of GEMSA and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEMSA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
