How do I earn GEMS?                    

 

Join GEMS Club

Any customer can join the GEMS club for free! You will start earning GEMS by creating a customer account with us.You’ll then automatically be signed up to the GEMS Loyalty Club to collect points.

 

Earn your GEMS

Join the club to start earning GEMS in lots of different ways! You can earn them every time you shop or by completing actions such as referring friends or following us on Social. GEMS collected from your order will appear in your account 30 days after the order date. (This is to allow a period for returns).

• Create an account / Sign up = 50 Gems
• Follow us on Instagram = 25 Gems
• Write a product review = 25 Gems
• Refer your friend = 100 Gems
• It’s your birthday = 100 Gems

 

How do I view my points balance?

Log into your account, and your GEMS balance, along with our reward voucher will display at the top of your account.

How do I redeem my GEMS?

Use the GEMS to get rewards! Every 300 GEMS gets you £10 off your order! Simply redeem your GEMS by applying the coupon code you see in your rewards account once you unlock it, and apply it into our promo box at checkout. It’s that simple!

GEMS points cannot be redeemed in combination with other promo codes or on sale items and there is a limit of one reward per order.

Can I redeem more than one reward at once?

You can redeem only one reward per order. Rewards cannot be combined for the same order.

 

I used a loyalty coupon and returned my purchase, will you refund my GEMS points?

If you have purchased an item with your loyalty points and returned the item, please contact us and request a refund of your GEMS points within 30 days of submitting your return.
